Gorgeous Garden Bird Sculpture Workshop
Good news! You can now book an in-person workshop with me in my newly built home studio and gallery space in the leafy surroundings of South Staffordshire.
New purpose built studio!
Since moving back home to work during the pandemic, our double garage became my makeshift studio, which I boarded out and appropriated for my own artistic purposes - it brushed up quite nicely in the end! But in time it suffered from a leak from a nearby pipe and general dampness, and spiders, and cobwebs, so it was time to knock down the old sectional structure and build what will hopefully be my forever studio!
The new studio is nice and bright and fully insulated so that workshops can continue to run through the winter months. There is lots of wall space allowing plenty opportunity for me to display artwork which will hopefully offer lots of inspiration during your visit. I have also purloined the neighbouring dining room for further display space and room to seat a few more people if required, and most importantly I have installed a new loo for your convenience! If you don't fancy a workshop, but just want a nose around you are most welcome to book an appointment to visit and view the artwork, just let me know when you want to come and I will put the kettle on!

Gorgeous Garden Bird Sculpture Workshop
If you would like to learn how to make Posh Paper Mache sculpture like mine, I have recently put together a new workshop during which you can make one of my little birds - the Gorgeous Garden Bird Sculpture Workshop! Making mixed media sculpture is rather more complex than creating a collage and unfortunately is not suitable for under 14's, but this workshop is possible to complete in one day and speedy workers will be able to make more than one bird. The workshop incorporates a lunch break to give me time to dry out your creations ready for decoration in the afternoon session. Our local village, Kinver, and surrounds offer a large selection of lovely places to eat and I can recommend places if you can’t decide where to try. I plan to add more downloads for sculptures you can make at home in time so that once you have hands on experience from my workshop you will find it easy to make different designs on your own, so keep an eye on the website for more information or make sure you are on my mailing list for updates.
