1. General Information
* These terms and conditions apply to the sale of physical artworks, complementary giftware, workshops and digital products through our online store and at our physical gallery located at Orchard House, Bridgnorth Road, Stourton, Stourbridge, DY75BJ.
* By purchasing artwork from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Description of Artwork
* All artworks are described as accurately as possible, including details such as size, medium, and any unique features.
* Images of the artwork are provided for reference and may vary slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting and the bespoke nature of the products.
3. Pricing and Payment
* Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes.
* Payment can be made via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card for online purchases and Credit/Debit Card at our physical gallery.
* Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
* We aim to dispatch orders within 14 business days, 1 month for bespoke orders. Delivery times may vary based on location.
* For physical gallery purchases, you may take the artwork with you or arrange for delivery at an additional cost.
5. Returns and Refunds
* Online purchases are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
* To initiate a return, please contact us at taniaholland@btopenworld.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
* Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork.
* Physical gallery purchases are final and not eligible for return unless the artwork is found to be defective.
6. Consumer Rights
* Our terms comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, ensuring that goods are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
* For online sales, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

* Reproduction or commercial use of the artwork without permission is prohibited.
8. Liability
* We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of the artwork.
* Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the artwork.
