Pelistry is a peaceful unspoiled beach with fabulous views across to the Eastern Isles and the odd seagull. It takes about ten minutes to walk to from The Palms, passing the farmhouse opposite where my mother was born. The beach was a particular favourite of hers. This is an original acrylic and mixed media painting on canvas, set off by a simple white tray frame. My seagull characters are also available as Posh Paper Mache mixed media sculptures which are nice to decorate a shelf or windowsill with.
